Tracy is a Senior Account Manager and brings over 20 years of background screening experience to Securitec. Tracy works collaboratively with her clients and has a unique ability to customize her approach based on the needs and objectives to achieve a common goal for each client.
Prior to joining Securitec, Tracy was Managing Director for Pinkerton. During her time with Pinkerton, she held various roles in the areas of Client Services and Operations and held the titles of Director of Client Services and Director of Operations. Tracy also has experience assisting employers with the onboarding and management of background screening vendors and creating and implementing background screening company policies and procedures. Tracy’s background and experience make her a tremendous asset to Securitec and our clients. Tracy is also a member of the NAPBS and FCRA certified.
