Michael brings 20+ years of business experience, most recently in the background screening industry, where he has worked for leading CRAs including Carco, Driver iQ (Cisive), TRAK-1, PeopleFacts, and Universal Background Screening. He holds PBSA/FCRA Basic and Advanced certifications. Michael has first-hand experience in the operational challenges and new revenue opportunities facing CRAs and other background screening firms.
Michael will join an already well-established team of industry experts and Account Managers with decades of background screening industry expertise, including all facets of research, compliance, record verification, automation, client services, and CRA workflow optimization. Together, they comprise a great team of trusted advisors to help clients and partners improve operational efficiency and win new business.
