Wholesale Court Data Leader Adds More Technology Innovation, Key Personnel, and Quality Controls

 

Roanoke, VA and Raleigh, NC, January 31, 2018 -  Securitec Screening Solutions, the background screening industry’s leading 100% wholesale Court Data as a Service (CDaaS) provider, is pleased to announce it had a record 2017 and is again making significant investments to help CRAs and professional background screening firms scale their business.    

 

Securitec continues to innovate, hire, and improve operations in order to be the most strategic court data provider to its partners.   The top 10 investments Securitec made in 2017 to help clients in 2018 include:       

 

  1. Enabling 250 more on-line court systems on the Synaptec™ court data platform.

  2. Launching Interlink™ to automate the integration of court data between partners.

  3. Implementing 60 RPA (Robotic Process Automation) applications to improve efficiency.

  4. Adding more Quality Assurance controls including new ID verification service.

  5. Hiring and training of 40 new Research and Quality Assurance analysts.

  6. Building 1,100 sq. ft. State of the Art Training Center.

  7. Promoting internal leaders to optimize our service operations.

  8. Custom development to our screening platform to support new products.

  9. Implementing CRM software to improve customer service and account management.

  10. Hiring more industry experts to support the growing demand.

David Foster joins Securitec as Director of HR Operations.  He has held HR leadership positions over the last fifteen years and has extensive experience working for both domestic and global organizations including oversight of the employment background screening process.  David is expanding our staffing and training in addition to providing our operations team with expertise in background screening.    

 

Rory Bogdon joins Securitec as Vendor Manager.  Rory has held several key positions with respected background screening firms, most recently with HireRight where he served in key roles including Public Records Operations Supervisor, Account Analyst, and Enterprise Account Manager.  Rory is responsible for recruiting, testing, and managing our many suppliers which is a strategic function to our clients.
