NATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
The National Account Executive will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development and will lead efforts to identify, contact, qualify, and close new accounts and channel partnerships that generate revenue and create win-win business relationships for the client and the organization. In addition, the design and execution of target account-based marketing campaigns and value-based prospecting efforts will be integral. Attend client meetings and conferences and present material regarding solutions on-site or on-line. Assistance in the preparation and calculation of pricing proposals. Continual interface with executive management and the operations team to identify data service solutions. Navigational efforts between clients and Securitec finance and legal departments in negotiation of contract details. Utilization of salesforce software platform to manage contacts, chart opportunities, detail activities, and document pipeline information.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Customer Service Representatives at Securitec Screening Solutions are the voice and interface of the organization to our valued customers. Our enthusiastic, highly skilled, problem solving, innovation solution providing representatives will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, be well trained in and an expert of product knowledge enabling them to provide quick and accurate assistance to our customers, which is critical for the continued success & future growth of the business.
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding the primary business relationship with our clients as a trusted advisor. This includes helping clients improve their screening operations, presenting new solutions, improving account performance and ensuring our client’s success. The Account Manager is responsible for educating clients about Securitec offerings, expanding the partnerships and investigating & providing solutions for solving escalated client requests. The Account Manager reports to the VP Sales & Business Development and is an important part of the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management functions helping protect our clients and their employees.
