Amy is our Director of Client Services and Research Operations. Her umbrella includes leading Client Services, In-House Research Teams, and the Vendor Management Department. The liaison between Securitec, its clients and all venues of research, she coordinates a capable staff including Customer Service Representatives, Data Entry Support, and Research Specialists throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Directing the processing and fulfillment of orders as well as customer support, she charges a strong team of leads to ensure client support services, resolution of customer concerns, and education, training, and retention of staff. She closely supervises the Vendor Management Department, managing a staff whose goal is to procure the best and brightest researchers in the background screening industry.
Prior to Securitec, Amy spent 20 years as an award-winning teacher, specializing in English for both Gifted Education and Remedial Reading and Writing. Amy was recognized as Teacher of the Year for Roanoke City Public Schools, has been published with Prentiss Hall and School Administrator Journal, and has continued to share her skills as an educational advocate, specializing in Special Education and 504 Plans. Amy holds a BS degree from Radford University in Middle School Education and completed her work in Remedial English and Gifted Education at the University of Virginia.
